In order to make sure that you live your ESN experiences in the best and safest way, ESN Bologna has created a Safe Team, always ready to be there for you in case of necessity.

During events you can find the people in charge of Safe Team through these magenta bands that they will be wearing: they  glow in the dark, so that you can find them easily.

Our goal is to create an environment where everyone can feel secure, included, and respected. We encourage you to respect others, their perspectives, and opinions. Any demeaning, discriminatory, or offensive behavior or speech won’t be tolerated. This includes making offensive comments about:

-Age

-Gender identity and sex

-Sexual orientation

-Nationality or ethnic background

-Religion, faith, belief, or lack thereof

-Abilities, disabilities, or impairments

-Physical appearance

Remember to always ask for consent and that a no means no.

We created a form that allows anyone to report instances of misconduct or uncomfortable situations in a completely anonymous and confidential manner. We understand that you may have concerns about your privacy or may not feel comfortable revealing your identity, for whatever reason. Your answers will be seen only by the Safe Team and treated with confidentiality in a secure environment.

You can also reach out to us by using the following email: safe.esnbologna@gmail.com. The Coordinator of the Safe Team is Marta (supermarta@esnbologna.org).

In case of emergency, you can also call these numbers:

113: POLICE

115: FIRE DEPARTMENT

118: MEDICAL EMERGENCY ROOM (first aid)
