The Long Island Iced Tea is a cocktail made with vodka, gin, tequila, white rum and triple sec. It owes its name not to the actual presence of iced tea, but to the final appearance of the preparation and taste resembling that of tea (only if the cocktail is prepared with the right amount of each ingredient).
